Usage
Put the glue plate full with white latex on the plate rail, adjusting the angel and installing the block pole, making sure the two paper feeding reel do not stick with the glue. Turn on the power, and adjust the speed and the interval between the iron roller according to the requests. When using, please keep the glue uniform, and do not operate in oversize sleeves, which may be a danger when the sleeves are involved into the machine to cause safety problems. The gluing machine must be cleaned.
Function
It is mainly used for the gluing of different thickness of paper in paper box industry. The gluing
machine is the special equipment or paper products to do gluing, which is widely used in
package printing, paper box, carton and cover industry
Rigid Box & Gift Box Making — applies an even 0.03–0.05 mm film of white latex to grey board before wrapping, so box panels bond flat without lumps or dry spots.
Paper Box & Carton — gluing corrugated and paperboard blanks for small-batch box production.
Bookbinding & Hardcover — coating board and cover stock for case making and hardcover assembly.
Leather & Fabric — spreads cold glue on leather, cloth and other flexible materials used in box wrapping and bookbinding.
Wallpaper & Labels — pasting wallpaper and coating label stock where a thin, controlled glue film is needed.
Print Finishing & Packaging — general adhesive coating for print shops and packaging workshops handling mixed short runs.
Why Choose This Machine
Adjustable coating thickness from 0.03 to 0.05 mm — dial the glue layer to the material, so thin paper and thick grey board each get the right film instead of one fixed, wasteful coat.
Even wheel gluing across the full width — the roller applies a consistent coat edge to edge, avoiding the streaks and bare patches that hand brushing leaves behind.
Cold glue, no heating required — runs white latex (polyethylene glue) at room temperature, which suits heat-sensitive stock and cuts warm-up time entirely.
380 mm working width — covers A3 and everything smaller, which is the size range most rigid box and bookbinding work falls into.
Speed adjustable from 0 to 30 m/min — match the feed rate to the material and how wet the glue needs to be.
120 W motor on standard 220 V — sips power compared with heated gluing units, and runs off a normal workshop supply.
Compact desktop build, 38 kg — takes up a corner of the bench and moves easily, which matters in shops where floor space is the constraint.
