PB-7000
Introduction:
PB7000 is a new one-pass binding machine. Single-pass operation is responsible for the fact that PB7000 is about 50 books per hour faster than any other binding machines in same class.
One-pass binding.
It means paper clamping, roughening, gluing, cover nipping in one pass.
Compared with traditional binding machine, it can bind 250 books per hour.
Dual-rail design
Backgauge moved on two racks, guarantee an accurate and perfect binding for each pass.
It carry the thick book in level position, to make the book spine more square and perfect.
Both soft and hard cover available.
Special nipping bars can be exchanged with each other, which makes soft cover(70--300 gsm) and hard cover(2mm) available. It satisfy customers' various needs for book binding.
Adjustable cutter depth and glue thickness
Both the clamp base and nipping table is adjustable semi-automatically, make it easy to do advancedadjustment for cutter depth and glue thickness
