Usage of the overmolding machine:
1. Connect the power supply: After plugging in the power plug, place the glue machine switches in the "clockwise" sealing position and turn on the power switch.
2. Setting and adjusting temperature: Adjust the "temperature adjustment" knob, and then set the pointer of the temperature gauge of the sealing machine to the specified temperature. Preheat until the "preheating" indicator light is on, and the sealing can begin.
3. Plastic sealing method: Clamp the photo and document to be plastic sealed between two pieces of the card film, feed it in from the front of the plastic passing machine, and the document will come out from the exit board and be taken out. Plastic sealing is completed.
