JS-720A
Feature
The desktop stainless steel gluing machine is a special equipment mainly used for gluing gift boxes, thin paper, leather corrugated paper in the printing and packaging industry. It is suitable for all kinds of paper of different thickness, and at the same time, it is also used for single-sided gluing of various fiber papers. Widely used in packaging and printing, gift boxes, cartons, book cases and other industries.
This machine adopts corrosion-resistant components such as Dafan stainless steel and aluminum alloy. The transmission part adopts rolling bearing, glue plate lifting and other structures, and each shaft adopts all stainless steel, 45# steel, and advanced speed regulating motor. It has the advantages of stable operation, simple and safe operation, sensitive transmission, low noise, high production efficiency and low labor intensity.
Rigid Box & Gift Box Making — applies an even film of white latex to grey board and wrap paper before assembly, so box panels bond flat without lumps or dry spots.
Hardcover & Case Making — coats board and cover stock for book cases and hardcover assembly, the job the wider 600 and 700 mm units are sized for.
Paper Box & Carton Production — gluing paperboard and carton blanks in short to medium runs, with the width matched to the panel size.
Cardboard & Mounting Board — coating heavier board and mounting stock, where the roller lays down a consistent layer instead of the streaky coat a brush leaves.
Leather, Cloth & Specialty Stock — spreads cold glue on leather, fabric and other flexible materials used in box wrapping and binding.
Print Finishing & Packaging Workshops — the general-purpose glue station in a finishing lineup, feeding the folder, binder and box line.
Wallpaper & Wide Sheet Pasting — pasting wide paper sheets and wallpaper, where a controlled film beats hand brushing.
Why Choose This Machine
Three working widths in one range — 380, 600 and 700 mm, so the machine matches the panel you run instead of forcing a second pass on wide board.
Wheel gluing across the full width — the roller applies a consistent coat edge to edge, avoiding the streaks and bare patches that hand brushing leaves behind.
Speed adjustable from 0 to 26 m/min — match the feed rate to the material and how wet the glue needs to be, instead of working around one fixed speed.
Adjustable glue film — dial the coating to the material, so thin paper and thick grey board each get the right layer rather than one fixed, wasteful coat.
Handles 0.1–10 mm material thickness — everything from light paper through heavy board and leather passes between the rollers.
Cold glue, no heating required — runs white latex (polyethylene glue) at room temperature, which suits heat-sensitive stock and cuts warm-up time entirely.
Corrosion-resistant build in stainless steel and aluminum alloy — the glue-contact parts resist white latex, so the machine holds up to daily use and cleans easily.
Rolling bearings and a speed-regulating motor — quiet, stable transmission with fewer vibration marks in the coat, and the machine runs on a standard socket.
Light 120 W draw — costs a fraction of what heated gluing units pull, and needs no special wiring.
Compact desktop units from 38 to 55 kg — sit on a bench and move where the work is, which matters in shops where floor space is the constraint.
