8. Packing & Shipping
Standard export wooden case packaging, one unit per case. Sea, air or express freight to your port or door. Gross weight 1200 kg; machine dimensions 3000 × 1440 × 1540 mm. FOB, CFR, CIF and EXW terms accepted, T/T, L/C or Western Union. Note: the crate size currently published on our Made-in-China page (230 × 150 × 170 cm) is smaller than the machine itself — it needs to be re-measured before any quotation or booking.
9. After-Sales & Support
Every unit is tested before shipment, with a machinery test report and outgoing inspection video provided. Spare parts supply with a 12-month warranty, online technical support from factory technicians, English manual and installation videos. Note: our own website states a 2-year warranty while the Made-in-China listing says 12 months — these need to be reconciled before this text goes out.
