Commercial Print Shops — single-side lamination on covers, cards and printed sheets, with auto feeding and auto cutting removing the two manual steps on either end.
Digital Print & On-Demand Production — laminating digitally printed sheets with a gloss or matt film, where run lengths change constantly and setup has to be quick.
Photo Specialty & Photofinishing — protective film on photographs, with the 110 mm mirror roller laying down a clear, bright finish without the mottling small rollers leave.
Direct Mail & Marketing Print — laminated postcards, mailers and promotional pieces that have to survive handling and postage.
Book Covers & Covers for Catalogs — protective film on book covers, catalog covers and presentation pieces in mid to large runs.
Cards, Menus & Price Lists — laminated cards and menus that get handled and wiped clean, where single-side lamination is all that's needed.
On-Demand Publishers & Self-Publishers — short-run cover work finished in-house rather than sent out.
Why Choose This Machine
Automatic feeding with auto cutting after lamination — the machine feeds the sheet and slits the laminated output itself, so the operator isn't standing at the infeed and the trim is done by the time the sheet comes off.
110 mm mirror steel roller — the large diameter gives a longer contact area and higher pressure, which is what produces the bright, transparent finish that small-roller laminators can't match.
Single-side lamination with anti-curl — one face is filmed and the sheet comes out flat, which suits covers and cards where the reverse has to stay bare.
Intelligent temperature control with alarm and double protection — temperature is held precisely and the machine warns before it drifts out of range, so film doesn't cloud or bond unevenly mid-run.
Handles 120–350 gsm — light text stock through heavy cover stock, which covers the range print shops and photofinishers actually run.
Speeds up to 4.0 m/min — keeps pace with a small digital press instead of becoming the bottleneck.
Temperatures up to 160 °C with about 15 minutes warm-up — covers the working range of standard thermal films.
1500 W on AC 100 / 110 / 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz — runs on either market's supply without a transformer.
Handwheel roller pressure adjustment — set the pressure to the stock and film, rather than working around a fixed setting.
Optional foil sleeking shaft and cleaning roller — add an extra shaft to run foil sleeking for a metallic finish, or a blue roller to strip dust off the feed roller. Specified at order.
Three integrated units in one frame — feeder, laminator and separator on a single stand, so the machine takes one run of floor space instead of three stations.
